What we collect
Only what you type into our enquiry forms: your name, company, email, phone, country, website, role, the products you ask about and your message. If you email us directly, we receive your email.
If you allow analytics cookies, Google Analytics records how the site is used: pages viewed, time on site, approximate location (from your IP address) and device and browser details, linked to a random identifier stored in _ga cookies.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-VE7FGN06S9) in Google’s Consent Mode. Until you accept analytics in the cookie banner, it writes no cookie and sends Google only cookieless signals that do not identify you. If you accept, _ga cookies are kept for up to 2 years. The only other cookie is cc_cookie, which remembers your choice. We use no advertising cookies. You can change your choice at any time under “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page; withdrawing removes the analytics cookies.
Fonts and images are served from this site itself. The map on the Where to buy page loads map tiles from OpenStreetMap’s servers, which receive your IP address to deliver them; it sets no cookies. No other third-party code is loaded.
Why we use it
Enquiries: to answer you and, if you ask for it, to prepare a quote or discuss a distribution partnership. The legal basis is the steps you ask us to take before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
Analytics: to understand which pages and products interest visitors and improve the site. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who processes it for us
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical request data (such as IP address) to serve and protect the site. Analytics data is processed by Google LLC; Google may process it in the USA, under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Google’s standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
For as long as we are in contact about your enquiry or a resulting business relationship, and afterwards only as long as commercial and tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it, by writing to export@korflameglobal.com. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
